Child Safety Standards

Sanjog — matrimony app for brides, grooms and their families
Package com.free_matrimony.myappname · Last updated 5 September 2026

Sanjog exists to help adults find a marriage partner. Children have no place on this service, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Adults only

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are banned outright and result in immediate, permanent removal:

3. How to report

Every profile and every conversation in the app carries a report control (the flag icon in the top-right of a profile, and in the chat header). It opens a form whose first two options are Child safety concern and Child sexual abuse or exploitation. A report can be filed in two taps, blocks the other member at the same time, and is confidential — the reported member is never told.

5. Legal compliance

Sanjog complies with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, together with the child-safety laws of every market in which the app is distributed.

6. Contact point

Our designated child-safety contact, including for Google Play and for law enforcement, is soumya@lazycode.ai. We aim to acknowledge child-safety correspondence within one business day.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police, or call Childline India on 1098.
